Shar has earned her Certified Home Staging Expert™ (CHSE) designation, the highest designation awarded, and has been in the design industry for over 25 years.
Her background includes studies in Interior Design as well as Horticulture to assist with your home's curb appeal. Shar has a talent for taking simple things; placing them in their best light and making them shine. She has a love for anything old ~ whether it is books or furniture, she loves to use them with a modern flair.
Shar has the gift of hospitality and uses that gift through her staging and redesign techniques, making others feel welcome in a home. She has a way of making people feel comfortable no matter how long they have known her. She would love to assist you in discovering the potential of your space and belongings in order to make your home inviting to others. With an artistic eye and natural talent, she works with your style but offers suggestions to make your home truly special.
Shar and her husband, Gary, have lived in the metro area for twenty five years. They are involved in numerous charities, one of their favorite being the St. Bernard Rescue Foundation. Shar and Gary foster these gentle giants that have been abandoned and abused, nursing them back to health until they find their forever home. Of course, two or three get adopted by them along the way!
